What a wonderful father and mother. I was one of those kids who couldn’t wait until “The Roy Rogers Show” came on the black and white TV set and my sister and I followed the life of your parents until the end. They were super heroes when it came to the Lord and were never afraid to speak up when our world was forever changing and not for the good, good example: taking the Bible out of our schools. Thank you for sharing this website with the world and “Happy Trails until we meet again”!!!!!!

Gowing up watching the Roy Rogers show and movies taught many of us, honesty, fair paly and to treat others as you should be treated.
A time when growing up in America was safe, and we were able to travel safely, I rode my bike 7-8 miles to my friend’s house. We would go out in the woods all day coming back just to eat

If one didn’t know better you’d think the girl in this picture was the movie star! I was born in the ’60s and though I remember them well as elders (watching Hee Haw with my Dad) learning all about Roy and Dale’s original careers is so much fun! The first episode of the Show I ever saw, last year, I saw a guy in cowboy boots run full steam ahead down a wet lake dock. Knowing how hard it is to run in cowboy boots, I was super impressed! That was it for me! Since then learning about Roy and Dale’s work is my favorite pastime. When I saw that episode again after reading your books I noticed it was a Yellow Jacket and knew the story behind it. Thank you Cheryl!
