Here is a really nice close-up photo of my parents.

 

It looks like she’s eyeing his mustache. I think she’s wondering just how how long it will take her to get him to shave it off.

    Hey he looks good with a mustache. I think your mom is admiring it. Maybe remembering how it tickled when he kissed her.

    Do you know when that was taken. I saw Roy serving as grand marshal of a parade at the gold discovery centennial in Coloma, CA, 1948. He was wearing a mustache just like that.

    1. hi Erick, I’m not sure when that was taken but I think it was in the late 50s or during the 60s. I’m basing that guess on the color of Mom’s hair! Cheryl

    I love Roy Rogers and Dale Evans I watched there show all the time loved how they always do the right good things love how they loved there horses I loved trigger so beautiful loved there loving hearts and loving souls beautiful couple beautiful family there love shines out for all to see Gods love Jesus love I miss watching there show they were the good shows I miss them but will see them in heaven thanks Cheryl for sharing I know we never meet but you have beautiful memories of wonderful parents to always look back on God bless you Cheryl and your family much love to you ❤️🤗

    I have a new email ….I’m on Facebook as well. You met me many times. I’m friends w Dodie , Julie Fox, and your family. Hope to receive your emails again. Our condolences towards the loss of your husband. We loss our Mom Edith two years ago and apart of us goes w them I am so sorry. Hope to c ya again sometime.
