Congratulations, Belinda Gail for winning Album of the Year from the WMA (Western Music Association) for her latest release,”Granite Mountain.” Folks, if you haven’t already purchased the album, you should. Every cut is a gem but, of course, my favorite is cut No. 8 “He Sang For Me” by Joyce Woodson (who won Writer of the Year- Congrats, Joyce). It is a beautiful song about a child with polio who gets a visit from a Western Hero while in the hospital. It is a wonderful song, about my hero, and it sure got my vote.
